Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern purchases from 8pins on 8pins.eu. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products
Hand-crafted jewellery and accessories. Product photos are illustrative; minor variations may occur due to hand-finishing.
3. Prices & currency
All prices are in CZK and include VAT if applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.
4. Ordering & contract
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when you receive our order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order (e.g., out-of-stock, payment not authorized).
5. Payments
We accept credit/debit cards (processed by Stripe) and, if enabled, PayPal. Payments are encrypted and authenticated (SCA/3-D Secure). You must use your own valid payment method.
6. Shipping & delivery
We ship from the Czech Republic to the countries available at checkout. Delivery options, times, and rates are shown during checkout. You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address and for any customs duties/taxes outside the EU (if applicable). Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
7. Returns & right of withdrawal (EU)
You have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from delivery without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, email 8jewellerystore@gmail.com with your order number.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
Exceptions: for hygiene reasons, earrings and custom/personalized items can’t be returned unless faulty.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Original shipping charges may be non-refundable (unless items are faulty). Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless otherwise stated.
8. Faulty or damaged items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund according to your choice and availability.
9. Warranty
Statutory rights under Czech/EU law apply. Handmade pieces require gentle care; damage from misuse or normal wear is not covered.

11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
12. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and EU consumer protection rules. Disputes may be submitted to competent Czech courts. Consumers in the EU may also use the EU ODR platform.
